The apartment occupies the 2nd floor of the cottage, whose side entrance leads directly onto the exclusively pedestrian seafront promenade; you only have to step out of the small garden to access la plage.

This mansarded apartment is filled with charm: it can accommodate 2 people. It includes a living room, an independent kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom and independent toilet.

The arrival with car is in the street behind and the private closed parking, right next to the side entrance to the cottage: the comfort to arrive by car and the comfort to go swimming without having to take your car.

For family holidays, it is possible to rent the 3 gite apartments (an apartment per floor) because they can communicate by an interior staircase between them.
