The " La Plage " apartment owes its name to its absolutely magical location: It comprises the ground floor of the gîte in Normandy (the 1st and 2nd floors being separate apartments); it opens directly onto the pedestrian seafront and la plage. It has a small private terrace, shielded from view of the seafront by evergreen shrubs.
We are at home in peace and quiet and we are right across from la plage. The whole apartment has a sea view and the living room offers large bay windows to enjoy every moment at la plage.
The cottage opens directly onto the exclusively pedestrian seafront promenade, and you only need to step out of the small garden to access la plage.
This ground floor apartment offers maximum comfort for people who cannot climb too many stairs: A few steps provide access to the apartment and it is on a single level.
The apartment can accommodate 2 to 3 people. It includes a living room with a fireplace, offering the chance to enjoy a sea view while relaxing by the fire – an unparalleled luxury. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, the shower room is elegant, and there is a separate toilet.

For a family holiday, it's possible to rent the entire house, including the three apartments (one per floor), as they are connected by an internal staircase. The apartments are ready for guests to move into. The heating is turned on before your arrival for maximum comfort.
