The Large (The Open sea) flat owes its name to the view from the first floor : located facing the sea with windows overlooking the beach, this flat offers a panomaric view of the whole of Asnelles beach and the sea.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of the guest house, with a side entrance leading directly to the exclusively pedestrian seafront promenade : you have direct acces to the beach from the garden.

This comfortable flat can accommodate 3 guests. It includes a living room with a sofa , and American kitchen with an elegant granite counter. Cork tiles cover the floor, offering improved comfort, since cork is a natural isolator, both pleasant and warm in the off season.

There is a bedroom for three with a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The flat is fitted with quality furniture, including a Norman cupboard in the bedroom, elegant wash-basins in the bathroom and refined decoration.
Seated on the sofa, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the sea, without getting your feet wet.

Access by car to the closed private car-park is by the back street, adjascent to the guest-house’s side entrance, ensuring easy arrival and access to the beach without using your car.

For a family holiday, you can rent the entire guest-house, comprising the three flats on three different floors, since there is an interior stair-case allowing all the flats to communicate with each other.
